We value your money and we will not like you to waste your money in buying a product which you will never use.

We offer a very simple and easy 5 days return policy to you. A coupon code equivalent to the return product value will be shared for your future purchases. Please note the below steps for returning your purchases:-

Inform: Share the photos and tags of the Product(s) you need to return. This should be communicated to us within 24 hours from the time you receive your product. You can email us at [email protected] to inform us about your return and we will revert you to explain the return process.
Return: The product(s) should be shipped back to us within 5 days from the day you receive your jewellery. The cost of shipping the product will be borne by the customer. The product(s) should be in its original and unused condition with intact packaging. We will not be able to process the refund coupon code if the product(s) is damaged or shipped without its original packaging. Please use a reliable courier service to ship the product(s) and share the tracking details once the products are shipped.
Refund: Once we receive your package, we will inform you within 48-72 hours about the receipt. Upon quality check, we will calculate the applicable refund as per our refund policy.
